To cancel your booking, please send an email to info@xior.pt explaining the reason for your cancellation. The refund conditions are as follows:
60 days before the start of the rental period: the full refundable deposit will be returned.
30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the refundable deposit will be returned.
Less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: the refundable deposit is not returned, except if the student is not admitted to a university in the same city. In that case, a full refund will be issued upon presentation of valid supporting documents.

We simply ask that any changes are temporary and do not damage walls, furniture, or fixtures. Permanent alterations — such as repainting, drilling, or removing/adding built‑in elements — aren’t allowed.
