What should I bring with me when moving in?

When you move in, please remember to bring your own towels and bed linen, as these are not provided. You should also bring your everyday cooking essentials, such as pots and pans, crockery, and cutlery.
If you’re not sure where to buy these items, our local team will be happy to help you find nearby shops and the best deals.

Can I extend my stay beyond my contract?

You’ll then just need to leave your room no later than the last day of your contract, making sure all your belongings are removed and the space is left clean and in good condition.

What is the move-out process?

The move‑out process is simple. A room inspection will be carried out before you leave, and any refundable amounts, like your deposi, will be processed based on the condition of the room, furniture, and equipment. If you have any questions or need help preparing, our local team is always happy to assist.

Do I need to clean my room before leaving?

Before you leave, make sure all your belongings are removed and the space is left clean and in good condition.

Is there CCTV in the building?

Yes, there is a CCTV system in all our properties.

Is there staff on-site?

Yes, there is a staff on-site 24×7.

What should I do if I lose my key or access card?

Please contact the local team as soon as possible so they can sort this out.

What is the check out bedroom cleaning fee?

The Check Out Bedroom Cleaning fee is designed to assure a annual deep cleaning of the housing unit.

When is my rent due each month?

The rent is paid monthly, no later than the 3rd of each month. If this date is not suitable for you, please contact our team so we can assist you.

Payments must follow the payment calendar established in the Lodging Services Agreement for Temporary Housing. This calendar outlines all monthly rent payments due from the occupier until the end of the Services Agreement.

What is included in the first payment?

To confirm your booking, you’ll need to pay in advance the first and last month’s rent, the booking fee, the check‑out cleaning fee, and a refundable deposit.

Are utilities included in my rent?

Yes, the following utilities are included:

Is internet included?

Every private and common area in our student residences have super-fast Wi-fi

Can I change rooms after moving in?

Please contact the local team to check if this change is possible. We cannot guarantee availability, and a fee may apply.

Can I choose my exact room or studio?

You’ll be able to choose your preferred room category during booking, and we will assign you a specific room prior to your arrival. While we cannot guarantee a particular room, we always do our best to accommodate any preferences you share with us.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a refundable deposit equivalent to one month’s instalment is required. This deposit is intended to cover any charges that may arise from your stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Are there any booking or administration fees?

Yes. There is a €150 booking fee, which is paid at the moment you decide to book your room.
This booking fee guarantees that a housing unit is reserved for you at the start of the service agreement term. Please note that it is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
