What Is the Xior Weekly Summer Promo?

The Weekly Summer Promo is a special campaign that allows any student, whether you’re already a Xior tenant, a returning guest, or discovering us for the first time, to book a stay of at least one week at any of our residences in Spain. The programme is open to the general public, and you’re even welcome to bring one guest along.

There are no complicated long-term commitments. You simply reserve your week (or more), arrive ready to study, and make the most of everything Spain has to offer between lectures.

Transparent Pricing by City

Rates are charged per person, per week, and vary by city. Here’s a full breakdown:

Seville and Granada = 125€ per person/week – June / July / August

Malaga and Zaragoza = 125€ per person/week – July / August

Madrid = 150€ per person/week – July / August

Barcelona = 175€ per person/week – July / August

These promotional prices are exclusively valid during July and August 2025 across all cities. Seville and Granada also offer the same rates throughout June 2025.

What You Need to Know Before Booking

This programme is designed for students travelling for academic purposes. Before completing your reservation, please review the following conditions carefully:

· Academic travel is required. You must be travelling for study purposes and present proof of enrolment or academic registration upon request.

· Minimum stay of 1 week. Shorter stays are not available under this promotion. You may book multiple consecutive weeks.

· Bring a guest. Each student is allowed to bring one guest along for their stay.

· Room assignment. Specific room types are subject to availability at each residence. Assignments are made based on what is available at the time of your stay.

· No cancellations. Once your reservation has been confirmed and payment processed, cancellations are not permitted. Please book only when you are certain of your travel dates.

· Valid dates only. The promotional rate applies exclusively within the eligible months for each city (see pricing table above).

If you currently live in a Xior residence in any country, different conditions may apply to your Summer booking. Please make sure to mention this in the Additional Information field when filling out the form, and our team will be in touch with the relevant details tailored to your situation.

How to Reserve Your Spot

The booking process is simple. Fill out the reservation form with your details, preferred city, dates, and any relevant information (including your Xior tenant status if applicable). Once submitted, the team at your chosen residence will contact you to confirm availability and next steps.

Given the limited availability at each property and the growing popularity of this programme, we strongly recommend submitting your form as early as possible to secure your preferred dates and city.
