Yes, you can contact our local team in the residence in order to check the availability. We’ll be happy to have you in-house for a longer period!

What is the move-out process?

The move‑out process is simple. A room inspection will be carried out before you leave, and any refundable amounts, like your deposit, will be processed based on the condition of the room, furniture, and equipment. If you have any questions or need help preparing, our local team is always happy to assist.

Do I need to clean my room before leaving?

Before you leave, make sure all your belongings are removed and the space is left clean and in good condition.

Is there CCTV in the building?

Yes, there is a CCTV system in all our properties.

Is there staff on-site?

Yes, there is a staff on-site 24×7.

What should I do if I lose my key or access card?

Please contact the local team as soon as possible so they can sort this out.

What is the check out bedroom cleaning fee?

The Check Out Bedroom Cleaning fee is designed to assure a annual deep cleaning of the housing unit.

When is my rent due each month?

The rent is paid monthly, no later than the 3rd of each month. Expectionally in Xior Campus UEM where the rent is paid on a quarterly basis and no later than the 3rd day of September, January and April

What is included in the first payment?

To confirm your booking, you’ll need to pay in advance the first and last month’s rent, the booking fee, the check‑out cleaning fee, and a refundable deposit. For Madrid (Retiro) & Barcelona ( Collblanc), your first payment includes your first month’s rent + check-out cleaning fee.

What should I bring with me when moving in?

You won’t need to bring your own towels and bed linen, as we provide them.

If you’ve booked a room with a kitchenette, you’ll need to bring your own basic kitchen utensils, including pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery for daily use. (Except for Collblanc and Passeo de Gracia, which include kitchen utensils.)

Is my room furnished?

Yes, all rooms are fully furnished.

Is there an inventory or room inspection at move-in?

Yes, we carry out a room inspection and inventory at move‑in. This helps ensure everything is in good condition when you arrive and gives you peace of mind throughout your stay.

Every private and common area in our student residences have super-fast Wi-fi

Can I change rooms after moving in?

Please contact the local team to check if this change is possible. We cannot guarantee availability, and a fee may apply.

Can I choose my exact room or studio?

You’ll be able to choose the category you prefer when booking, and we’ll allocate a specific room for you before your arrival. While we can’t guarantee a particular room, we do our best to accommodate any preferences you share with us.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a refundable deposit, that varies depending on the city. The deposit’s value is to cover eventual charges of your stay not arising from the normal usage of the facilities.

Are there any booking or administration fees?

Yes. There is a booking fee, which is paid at the moment you decide to book your room. The amount varies from 200€ up to 250€ depending on the selected residence.
